Innov8 has taken EPOS development to new heights with this fully functional system, which is configurable to operate in a wide range of retail or wholesale environments.

InnPoint’s core function is a two-way link with Sage to deliver products, prices and sales ledger details to EPOS, and collect sales transactions from the store(s). A sophisticated range of features includes full stock control (with serial tracking if required).

The standard InnPoint package incorporates the normal ‘front till’ taking and recording of transactions, but also provides full store stock control including reporting on stock levels, stocktaking and management information.

Optional handsets, which read bar codes, simply plug into the till to download information - thereby enabling stock levels and goods receiving to be automated and continuously updated.

A further integrated module carries out postcode verification. This provides additional security and increased speed of processing transactions, especially useful for retailers and wholesalers who regularly need to record and validate customer’s address details.

Where an extra level of security is required, InnPoint also has the facility to capture photography identification of customers with Web cam integration.

Cash Generator Cash Generator was quick to spot InnPoint’s potential, signing up for the system and rolling it out across its chain of 70+ stores.

Cash Generator had further trading requirements that InnPoint solves by providing a ‘micro-warehouse system’ and the capacity to purchase goods from customers, plus offer a facility to pay instalments over a 12-week period.

Staff can also record deposits that customers make into a Savings Club and InnPoint even allows the money from items being traded in to the store to be added to a customer’s Savings Club account.

InnPoints web cam integration allows sales/purchases/12 week/Savings Clubs to be associated with a customer account with which an image can be saved. This allows visual identification instantly when an existing customer returns.
