Customer News


There is a lot of activity in the market place at the moment, along with our existing customers continuing to grow with us we are also acquiring new customers. Over the last six months companies such as Munster Joinery, SeaDec, IIHF, Doorkits, O’Regan Plant Sales, Colso, Newsweaver and Armstrong Bread Distribution have all chosen Innov8 Ireland as their IT solution provider.

We have also started to move our existing customers from Sage Line 100 DOS based Trakker system to the new Sage 200 Windows based accounting system. The first companies to move include Homecare Medical Supplies and National Profiles. We are already busy scheduling further moves for Summer 2008.

Team News

We would like to take this opportunity to wish Kevin Twomey all the success in his new career. Kevin is leaving Innov8 after 4 happy years as he wishes to seek new challenges in a different career path. Kevin has been a joy to work with and we all wish him well in the future.

Moving in the other direction we would like to welcome Ciara McInerney to our team as office manager/administration.

And we would also like to welcome Cian O’Donoavn who is due to join us from Sage in early May – Cian has several years experience of working with Sage Direct and we see him as powerful addition to our technical team.

We are currently in a strong recruitment drive looking for more people who wish to find a rewarding career in the IT field. We are looking to fill vacancies in Project management and Hardware as we continue to expand and grow.


Product News


With new versions in Sage 200 and Sage CRM, the products we offer continue to grow and expand along with new developments in our own in house products; ISM and InnTrakk.

 

Sage 200 Version 5.1 Announced for April 08.


Sage 200 v5.1 is the next step in the evolution of the impressive Sage 200 Suite.

Sage 200 v5.1 includes the latest version of Sage CRM (v6.1 ) which is Microsoft Vista and Office 2007 compatible. In addition, the CRM component of the suite in version 5.1 includes:

  • Full Microsoft Vista support (Business and Ultimate editions) across the Sage 200 Suite
  • Full Microsoft Office 2007 support (Standard and Professional editions) across the Sage 200 Suite
  • Calendar User Interface Enhancements
  • Improved integration with Microsoft Outlook
  • PDA support for Sage 200 CRM components (not including back office integration)

Sage 200 v5.1 also includes a host of new requested features in the Sage 200 Financials and Commercials modules, including:

  • Reconciliation enquiries for both Debtors and Creditors
  • Financial statements for next year
  • Import & Export of financial statement layouts
  • Purchase invoice validation
  • Excel integration improvements, including both performance and formatting enhancements
  • Goods received - receive all and invoice options
  • Enhancements to direct delivery addresses
  • POP accruals to include non stock items
  • Stock take improvements, including stock take for traceable items, new stock take criteria and stock take templates

Innov8 InnTrakk – (the new Stock, SOP, POP and Work Order modules)

An exciting new development is our plans to incorporate warehousing into the Intrakk modules this means that all stock control functions can be performed using handhelds in a perpetual inventory envoirment.
Coupled with this we are developing closer integration between Sage CRM and our Intrakk modules.
The road map is continuing at pace and we hope to have a new release ready for early to mid May 2008.
