With the Innov8 Premier Support service, you will not only receive break-fix support on your pre-agreed hardware and/or software, but you will also have some elements of your system pro-actively monitored, preventing certain issues from even occurring in the first place!
What is Premier Plus?
The Premier Plus support service is an enhancement to our Premier offering and is especially useful for businesses where there is little or no IT expertise onsite at all.
In addition to all the benefits of the Premier support service, with Premier Plus we will pro-actively monitor, manage and support all key elements of your IT environment, meaning we will have addressed most issues before they have even had chance to impact your business!
