Technical Support Consultant – (Mobile Solutions (ISM and OMS), and IT Support) Permanent / Full Time
Innov8 is one of the UK's leading suppliers of Sage and Business Solutions to the SME market place. We are looking to recruit two Technical Support Consultants. The role will entail providing first class helpdesk support to customers who use our Mobile Solutions (ISM and OMS) and to support the IT needs (Citrix, VMWare, SQL queries, Trend, Active Directory etc). You will be expected to work closely with customers and other internal departments to resolve software queries and provide solutions within a timely manner.
Experience of working within a helpdesk environment and providing IT support is essential. You must have experience of working with Windows Servers, Active Directory, creation of user accounts and much more). The ideal candidate will also be able to use Excel and/or SQL to interrogate and troubleshoot SQL data.
