All the great features of Premier Support is included with Premier Plus, as well as a range of additional services.
BaaS (Back-up as a Service)
All our customers are entitled to receive 5GB of online back-up for free, with Premier Plus you get more BaaS storage upto 10GB with free set up.
User Account Management
As users leave the company, new employees start or existing employees require different access privileges to the systems – our helpdesk will ensure these changes are made for you.
End User Patch Management
In addition to Server Patch Management, we also monitor and manage end user devices to ensure continued stability and security for your users. Innov8 will ensure any relevant or necessary software updates and service packs are applied with minimum business disruption.
Mobile Solutions
We are able to implement mobile integration to MS Exchange and O365 systems for two way communications of email, calendars and contacts, using either Windows or Android-based handsets, subject to availability of an SSL certificate.
Performance Review
We can provide an overview of your support usage, this information can be used to review our support performance against SLA’s, as well as to identify areas that may need attention.
Back-up Monitoring
Using the Innov8 support agent, our technicians will monitor the backup procedures and pro-actively address any issues without the customer’s involvement.
